Dear Principals/Teachers/Librarians,

Ciao Italia Bookshop is an online bookshop which specialises in Italian resources for children and adults catering for of all ages and genres.  We also diversify in materials for both students and teachers to assist in the teaching and learning of the Italian language for primary, secondary and tertiary levels.

Placing an order can be completed by choosing one of the following methods:

  • Sending an official school / library purchase order via e-mail to admin@ciaoitaliabookshop.com.au
  • Completing and submitting the Order form below
  • Sending an official school / library purchase order via post (send all orders to address details below):

It is important to include the following:

  • School/library ABN number
  • School/library address & phone number
  • School/Library Official Purchase Order number
  • Name/s of the teachers/librarians that are placing the order

 Once the order has been processed, the school or library will receive the following benefits:

* 10% discount on orders of $500.00 or more for Schools/Libraries on full price merchandise (excluding sales items)

* Invoice account payable within 30 days from invoice date (except order(s) placed during the months of November & December as payment will be required prior in sending order)

* Free Delivery for orders of $500.00 or over with included 10% discount

* A postage and handling fee of $15.00 for Registered Mail (or $18.00 for Express Post) will apply for order amount is below $500.00 (WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY)

* Regular updates via email, on new products, sale items, promotions & discounts

* Any requests for titles not found on website, can be sent to us by email: admin@ciaoitaliabookshop.com.au or calling Alessandra Corbino on 0404 608 202 and will endeavour to source the item.

* Orders will not be processed without a valid school/library official purchase order number (PO number).
* All prices on website: www.ciaoitaliabookshop.com.au are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
* Ciao Italia Bookshop reserves the right to withdraw any offers at any time without notice.
* Alessandra Corbino, manager of Ciao Italia Bookshop is a native speaker and an Italian in Melbourne.
